Owner and Executive Chef Freddie Detore II says, “Our service and food speaks for itself and I truly believe that people can see the love and passion we put into our work.”
In 2009, Emerald Cove Catering Co. was awarded the exclusive catering rights at the Port of Seattle Conference Center at SeaTac Airport. They facilitate full service catering for up 9,000 square feet of conference space and banquet rooms. Although ECC has many elite corporate repeat clients such as GOP House Leader John Boehner, King County Executive Dow Constantine, as well as the President of Vietnam, their real rewarding business comes from local community members having intimate private parties.
Fred Detore II found his passion for cooking in the family kitchen, perfecting Italian and other cuisines. In his early teens, Fred began working in the restaurant industry and later graduated from the Western Culinary Institute at the top of his class.
A key player in the success of Emerald Cove is Lead Event Coordinator Carly Stegin. Carly has worked both as a chef in local restaurants and as a event coordinator/sales associate for years, giving her a diverse assortment of knowledge and skills making her a significant asset to the company.
Rounding out the management staff is Head Chef Mark Guth, whose precision and attention to details shines through in everything he does.
