Advertiser and Friend of the Blog Ncompass Cottage Company is offering an encore presentation of their free, convenient, concise informational workshop to help you learn more.
Their most recent workshop drew a full house of attendees. Don’t miss out on this one!
It’s this Wednesday, Nov. 30, from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Location: Phinney Neighborhood Association, 6532 Phinney Avenue North in Seattle.
“This workshop will focus specifically on planning and designing detached cottages for individuals with mobility issues or seniors who want to live out their final years at home or with family in a multi-generational housing environment,” said Stefan Hansmire of Ncompass.
“Smaller cottages can be thought of as income producing rental properties, equity building additions, or perhaps as a warm safe place to have an aging parent live close by.”
Special guest on Wednesday will be Matt Long from Husky Senior Care.
Ncompass’s philosophy can be summed up this way: Smaller homes on existing lots mean more affordable housing, less demand on municipal infrastructure, better use of immediate resources, and more flexibility for everyone.
