Normandy Park Police arrest door-to-door salesman Wednesday

On Wednesday (Sept. 25), Normandy Park Police Officers Jeremy Hedrick, Brian Norris and John Lievero arrested an Oregon Department of Corrections Felony warrant suspect in White Center.

Here are the details from the Normandy Park Police Chief Facebook Page:

Officer Hedrick set up this operation because of the suspect’s recent activities in the Highline area.

The suspect has been arrested numerous times in Normandy Park and during the investigation it was believed they had come back into the Normandy Park area recently.

The suspect had also taken up employment as a door-to-door vacuum cleaner salesman.

We became concerned they were using this in order to “case” houses for burglaries.

Normandy Park Officers were able to arrest the suspect without incident.

The subject was booked into King County Jail. Great job to everyone involved.
