Celtic Music Festival coming to Marvista Park on Sunday, Aug. 17

The very first ‘Celtic Music Festival’ is coming this Sunday, Aug. 17 as part of the ‘Music in the Park’ concert series at Marvista Park.

Music begins at 1:30 p.m. at the park, which is located at 19990 4th Avenue SW.

This multiple-artist event will include the Robin MacRae dancers, the Washington Scottish Pipe Band, Dan Corollo and Susan Burke, Maggie’s Fury and Ockham’s Razor.

The festival will have food, vendors and a beer garden available too!

There will be additional parking at Marvista Elementary School, the gates will be open till 7:30 p.m. If you are parking at the school, please enter on Marine View Drive, and make sure you are out of there before the gates get locked up at 7:30!

Follow the balloons along 199th to the Celtic Fest at Music in the Park, and be sure to invite all of your Celtic lovin’ friends!
