The Kent Chamber of Commerce will host its 2026 Women’s Conference, titled “The Era of Her,” on Thursday, Mar. 5 and Friday, Mar. 6, bringing together women leaders, entrepreneurs and community changemakers for two days of networking, education and celebration.
The event – to be held at Kent Station (map below) – is designed as a two-day experience focused on empowerment, leadership development and connection for women across south King County.
The conference opens Thursday, Mar. 5, with a Networking Mixer and Fashion Show from 4 to 7 p.m. Organizers describe the evening as featuring local designers, women owned brands, heavy hors d’oeuvres, drinks and networking opportunities.
The second day, Friday, Mar. 6, runs from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and includes a Women’s Leadership Summit and Breakfast. Programming will feature a breakfast keynote, a fireside chat, intergenerational panel discussions and workshops.
Two featured panel discussions will focus on career advancement and financial literacy. “Her Moves, Her Momentum” is described as a conversation for women navigating career pivots, stepping into leadership or preparing for executive roles. “In Her Bag: Achieving Financial Wellness in 2026” will center on financial confidence, budgeting, debt strategies, investing, credit and long term wealth building.

Additional elements of the conference include networking with local leaders and industry professionals, an exclusive vendor market showcasing women owned businesses and the presentation of the “Impactful Woman of Kent Award.”
The chamber said the conference is open to women at all stages of their professional journeys, from emerging leaders to established executives, as well as all male allies.
