Residents invited to learn about SR 509 Completion Project at Open House on Thursday, Nov. 14

The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) will hold a community open house on Thursday, Nov. 14, 2024 to discuss updates and answer questions about the SR 509 Completion Project.

The event will take place at Big Picture School, located at 440 South 186th Street in Burien (map below), from 6:30 to 8 p.m.

The project team will be available to provide information and address questions from the public.

The SR 509 Completion Project is part of an effort to improve transportation connectivity and reduce congestion in the Puget Sound region.

Community members are encouraged to attend to learn more about the project’s progress and upcoming plans.
