The City of Normandy Park is inviting residents of all ages to celebrate Arbor Day by participating in its community-wide poster art contest under the theme “Thrive in ’25.”

Please note that the deadline to enter is Monday, April 14, 2025.

The contest is open to five age categories:

  • Preschool
  • Elementary

One winner will be selected from each group, and first-place prizes will be awarded.

Winning entries may also be used by the city in future outreach, educational campaigns, and tree-related events.

“The theme is designed to provide wonder and inspire a greater appreciation of the beautiful assortment of trees that make up Normandy Park’s community forest,” city officials said.

Entry forms and additional details are available online here.
