An Artist’s Reception for local artists Victor Kimsey and Kree Arvanitas will be held in the council chambers of Normandy Park City Hall this Thursday, Dec. 12, 2019, from 7 – 8:30 p.m.

Kimsey and Arvanitas explore the environments in which we live with vastly different styles.

There will be light refreshments and guests will have the chance to speak to the artists.
