City of Normandy Park City Manager’s Report for week ending Feb. 18, 2022

Let your voice be heard – participate in the Parks & Recreation Survey
We’re eager to hear from you! Parks and Recreation services are essential to the city. We have worked hard to build a strong parks, open space, and recreation system, and we hope to continue to improve these services by offering more opportunities. To help in the development of these services, we need community input.

The Parks Commission has prepared a brief, anonymous survey about the City of Normandy Park Parks & Recreation programming. The goal is to reach as many residents as possible and to keep the survey brief for your convenience. We want to learn more about what you recommend as parks and recreation priorities. Each household can take the survey one time. Paper copies of this survey will be available at Normandy Park City Hall. Please take a few minutes to fill out this important survey by clicking this link.

2020 Census
Last weeks’ Census data introduced the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES). We shared educational attainment data in Normandy Park and Highline School District of those ages 25 and older. This week, we explore demographic data available at the school district level of those currently enrolled in school. Click here to view the data.

If you have any questions about these or other topics, please get in touch with me at [email protected].

“Have a great week!”
