Summer is here and we are busier now than ever. Along with vacation, sleeping in, and sunny BBQs comes the bustle of summer camp, sports, travel and full calendars. In the midst of it all, why not make time for YOU?

Join us at the Green Summer Refresh on Sunday, July 9, 2023!

Each two-hour workshop will offer a revitalizing time of creative gardening, where you’ll experience self-care, laughter, and community connection. Choose between the Plant Care as Self Care or Living Frames sessions, or join us for both.

As you learn how to propagate, care for and nurture plants, you’ll also be encouraged and inspired to apply that care and nurture to yourself. Afterwards, you will leave feeling recharged, relaxed, and connected – in addition to having a beautiful living work of art of your own personal creation. Refreshments will be available as well as information from wellness resources within the local community.

For those who work hard and care deeply about pouring into others this is your opportunity to pour back into yourself. If you are a parent, caregiver, healthcare provider, or service-worker, these sessions are especially for you!
